We are seeking a qualified Civil Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who can independently produce high-quality construction documents while collaborating closely with project management to ensure constructability and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Design Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in preparing complete project plans and documentation
• Support Project Manager with jurisdictional coordination and project submittals
• Coordinate with other in-house disciplines to ensure project cohesion

Construction Administration:

• Assist Project Manager with construction administration activities throughout the project lifecycle

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly team meetings
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and project objectives

Reporting Structure:

• Reports directly to the Project Manager
• Senior Project Designers and Project Designers may report to the Civil Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California (Required)
• 4–8 years of experience in site development and land development projects
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Land Desktop Development (LDD)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred)
