Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for diligent and detailed-oriented graveyard/overnight concierges to join our team in Richmond.

The candidates will be responsible to:

• Monitor building access.
• Serve residents.
• Conduct security patrols.
• Detect suspicious activity.
• Handle building and safety emergencies and dispatch appropriate response.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

Skills and qualifications

• Valid BC Security Guard license
• Concierge experience an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional, positive and friendly attitude
• Able to stay calm in stressful situations
• Able to maintain customer confidentiality
• Excellent listening and speaking skills
• Proficiency with computers; knowledge of MS Office
• Chinese is an asset

Job location and working hours

• Richmond
• Various positions Full-time and Part-time
• Shifts are 11 pm to 7am
• Weekends availability is a must.

Salary and benefits

• $20 per hour

16, 40 hours per week
