Requirments
- Min 1 year experience working with Gmail, Google docs, Microsoft suite
- Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology
- Willingness to learn new skills on a daily basis. A desire to learn about bookkeeping!
- Looking for a long term, stable position in a fast paced growing company

Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain spreadsheets and documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Google Docs for collaborative projects and document sharing.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Utilize typing skills for various administrative tasks.
- Apply phone etiquette when speaking to customers.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
