Requirments

  • Min 1 year experience working with Gmail, Google docs, Microsoft suite
  • Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology
  • Willingness to learn new skills on a daily basis. A desire to learn about bookkeeping!
  • Looking for a long term, stable position in a fast paced growing company
  • Enjoys working on a variety of different tasks everyday
  • Detail oriented
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • A willingness to learn and follow procedures.

  • Ability to enter data in a timely and accurate manner; enjoys repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain spreadsheets and documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Google Docs for collaborative projects and document sharing.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and clients.
  • Utilize typing skills for various administrative tasks.
  • Apply phone etiquette when speaking to customers.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
  • Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
