Key responsibilities of the position include:

• Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
• Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
• Responding to customer calls and emails;
• Data entry of customer files;
• Credit adjudication (training provided);
• Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Great Customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
• Positive individual with excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Punctual, professional and reliable.

Work schedule:

• Monday to Friday 13:00 to 21:00
• During the training (about 2 months), the schedule is 8:30 to 17:00.
