Lonsdale Leather is looking for a part-time customer service and sales associate to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, detail-oriented, and has a willingness to learn!

About the shop:

Lonsdale Leather is a prominent leather and material supply retailer in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver. We provide premium leather, supplies and tools to a wide local customer base, as well as the global market. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and accuracy in fulfillment, and our excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be someone who has experience working in a team environment, dedicated to exceptional service, tidy and well organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer service

- Sales

- Packing and stocking products.

- Tidying and organizing the shop.

Qualifications:

- Customer service, and customer-first, experience. 2+ years preferred.

- Experience in leather working, and the tools/supplies used, is highly preferred.

- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.

- Interest in learning or expanding on leather and material knowledge.

- Self-direction.

- Ability to problem solve on the fly.

- Good time management.

$17.50/hr to start, with a 3 month probationary period.

PART TIME - 16-24 hours / week.
