Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of online and offline materials. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies and brand guidelines into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience in the Bangladeshi market.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for various platforms, including:
  • Website and mobile app interfaces (UI elements, banners, icons)
  • Social media posts, stories, and advertisements
  • Marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Branding materials (logos, brand guidelines)
  • Video graphics and animations (basic level may be required)
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain the company's visual brand identity across all platforms.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Present design concepts and revisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Bangladeshi digital landscape.
• Adapt designs for different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Prepare files for both digital and print production.
• Potentially work with external vendors (e.g., printers) as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various media.
• Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign (preferred)
  • Figma or Sketch (a plus for UI/UX design)
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of the Bangladeshi cultural context and visual preferences (a significant advantage).
• Experience designing for the local digital landscape (e.g., understanding popular social media platforms in Bangladesh, mobile usage patterns) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with web design basics (HTML/CSS understanding is a plus).
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
