Description
We’re looking for Manager/Managing partner for our Maintenance/Cleaning Department
applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance/cleaning operations Job,
Responsible for Business operation Management, Marketing, Supervision, finances, team-building, clients and staff development.
Job Duties:
• Perform Office Management Operations, Develops marketing system and revenue opportunities
• Oversee day to day operation, Administration policies including payroll, accounts and monthly report
• Ensures training of staff and maintain high quality of work
• Prepare documentations, contracts and Handle client needs
Qualifications:
• Post secondary, Business Management or excellent experience is considered
• Minimum of 3 years of cleaning management or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of marketing competition and general maintenance industry workss.
• Must have a good knowledge in marketing and strong leadership .
• Excellent decision and strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Must have Knowledge of computer software applications.
