From helping get the boldest research ideas off the ground to supporting the most advanced equipment, together we are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in children’s health care. This is no small task—which is why we’re looking for passionate people to join our team and help propel our work forward to power the possible.

What you’ll do

It’s an exciting time to join our growing Marketing + Communications team! More specifically, you will:

  • Oversee the strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue and brand objectives.
  • Manage internal marketing requests from briefing to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactics that align to the strategy and deliver on objectives across all donor lifecycles.

  • Contribute to the development of the annual marketing + communication strategy and content calendar.
  • Ensure appropriate support from internal Foundation team members and external vendors in required areas such as video production, design, digital, direct marketing, media relations, paid advertising, and others as needed. Help to inform the creative process, ensuring creative is on brand and inline with the creative brief and overall strategy.
  • Support with creative and media agency management and campaign reporting.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign optimizations, results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to optimize campaigns and help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report results from marketing + communications activities with key internal and external partners.

  • A natural multi-tasker who is adaptable, flexible and thrives on variety.
  • A highly collaborative team player that enjoys working cross functionally with a large variety of partners.
  • Inspired by how our donors are advancing health care for kids across the province.
