Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a Sales Supervisor who thrives in a creative environment and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re a dynamic individual with a passion for home decor and a flair for styling, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Elevate Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing personalized and tailored customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Manage opening and closing procedures with precision, ensuring the store runs smoothly.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Customer Relationships: Cultivate lasting customer relationships by staying on top of trends and offering expert styling advice.
- Sales Leadership: Empower the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining the highest service standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Leadership: A natural leader who is driven to mentor others and grow in a creative environment.
- Passion: Enthusiastic about home decor and styling, keen eye for trends.
