As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead our strategic marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, community management, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for B2C and B2B channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, informing marketing strategies.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Performance Max, search, PPC, paid social, and programmatic.
• Lead content marketing efforts across social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Develop and implement local school marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with Franchise Partners.
• Manage e-commerce campaigns and the overall e-commerce ecosystem.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of branding and messaging with the company's mission and values.
• Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work with the business development team to drive lead-generation strategies for franchise sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including proficiency in Google Performance Max, programmatic, paid social, search, and PPC.
• Demonstrated proficiency in content strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and web content.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
