Job Title: Shop Assistant Music Store/School

Job Deion: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our music store/school team. The ideal candidate should have a general knowledge of guitars, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The focus of this position is on providing excellent customer service to our clients, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and keeping the store clean to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with information about our products and services
• Schedule lessons and appointments for our clients
• Process payments for purchases and lessons
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the store clean and organized, including dusting and cleaning display cases
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
• Update our website and online inventory
• Create content for our social media accounts
• Provide general support to other team members as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• General knowledge of guitars or a willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
