Korecki Real Estate Services Inc. is a locally owned and operated Strata and Rental Property Management company. We manage a diverse portfolio of over 300 Strata Corporations, Rental Buildings, and Investment Properties across the Lower Mainland.
The company has been in business since 2009, initially operating as a boutique brokerage out of Richmond, B.C., we relocated to Downtown Vancouver in 2019, following a period of substantial and continued growth.
Technology and online accessibility form the backbone of our operations, with personal touch and direct communication remaining at the forefront. We administer all building operations from our Vancouver office and pride ourselves on providing the same or next business day responses to all inquiries.
