Description
Korecki Real Estate Services, a rapidly expanding Property Management company, is looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team.
Duties include:
- Responding to phone enquiries and emails from owners regarding their Account Balance and how to set up payment
- Data entry for setting up Pre-Authorized Debit Agreements, and Post-dated Cheques
- Performing Title Searches
- Preparing Statements of Account, Chargeback Letters, Lien Warning Letters, and Lien Filed Letters
- Mailing Statements and Letters
- Assisting the Accounts Receivable team with other Administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience. An accounting designation would be an asset, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
