About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AutoCAD/Revit Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide drafting and design support for telecommunications, audiovisual (AV), and security/access control systems across a wide range of building types. Working under the direct supervision of engineers and senior staff, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions into larger projects seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create AutoCAD and Revit designs and provide drafting support for telecommunications, AV, and security/access control systems
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of system designs
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy in all drawings, project documentation, and details
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and meet project deadlines
• Support project managers and BIM modelers with design coordination and updates

About You – What You Bring:

• A strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a passion for staying at the forefront of new technologies
• Degree or certification in CAD and Revit, or a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit in a professional setting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Excellent organization and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers and technical teams
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
