Position Overview:
As the Concrete Operations Manager, you will lead, grow, and optimize our concrete operations. You will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to industry standards, and drive the division’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing concrete operations team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of concrete installation projects, ensuring timely completion, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to budget.
• Estimating & Proposals: Analyze project plans, create accurate estimates, and develop client proposals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Financial Management: Grow the business unit while managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors to align operational goals with broader company objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and superior project execution.
• Hands-On Support: Embrace a "hands-on leadership" approach—support field operations when needed, troubleshoot project challenges, and lead by example.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing concrete operations, preferably in the multifamily new construction industry
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of concrete construction methods, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and business growth management
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
