Maintenance Technician

Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician at our apartment building, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-rise apartment building, located in the west end of Vancouver. This position requires a strong focus on general maintenance of the suites and building.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on suites and the common areas
- Troubleshoot and repair general electrical issues
- Maintain company equipment needed to address maintenance needs
- Monday - Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
- drywall repairs, plumbing, minor electrical, general maintenance, hauling trash, general yard work
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues

Skills:
- 5+ years direct maintenance experience
- All aspects of general maintenance for occupied and vacant suite turns
- Drywall repairs, plumbing, minor electrical, general maintenance, hauling trash, general yard work
- Ability to use general tools to complete maintenance work
- Prior experience in building maintenance an asset
