Responsibilities:

• Analyze construction processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and strategies to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Utilize industrial engineering principles and methodologies to design and improve construction processes.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Evaluate construction materials, equipment, and technologies to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams on construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in residential construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or construction management, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for process optimization and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards in construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $80,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
