Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative/Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and coordinating current projects and employees. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of sales expertise, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B sales, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, project status, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in construction industry preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Valid drivers license and vehicle willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
