Job Overview

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate our sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include assigning duties, preparing work schedules, authorizing payments and returns, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

You will maintain inventory levels, prepare sales reports, and oversee the hiring and training of new staff. Ensuring store standards for displays, signage, and cleanliness is essential, along with key managerial tasks such as opening/closing the store and handling escalated complaints.

Additionally, you will contribute to marketing strategies and may perform sales duties alongside your team to foster a collaborative environment.

Job Duties:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising and coordinating sales staff.

- Assigning sales workers to duties and preparing work schedules.

- Authorizing payments and returns of merchandise.

- Resolving issues, including customer complaints and supply shortages.

- Maintaining specified inventory levels and ordering merchandise as needed.

- Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

- Hiring, training, or arranging training for new sales staff and monitoring their performance.

- Ensuring store standards are maintained, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.

- Performing key managerial tasks such as opening/closing the store, handling escalated complaints, and signing for deliveries.

- Contributing to marketing strategies and promotions.

- Occasionally performing the same duties as the workers you supervise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
