Description

An ever growing Real Estate and Property Management Company is seeking another administrator to help in our busy office. The position is 40 hours a week. We require an individual who will promote a professional image and a positive workplace environment. Applicants must be a team player and be able to work closely with members of the office. Please only serious applicants apply. This position has the potential to lead into a career in strata/property management or real estate for the right candidate, if desired.

 

 An Individual with the included assets will be our primary consideration:

  • Office Administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Typing
  • Experience with accounting or property management software is a bonus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast pace environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

 

Duties and Responsibilities

· Primary duties are:

  • Data Entry
  • Front desk reception and phone duties
  • Filing
  • Administrative support for Property and Strata Managers
  • General Administration Duties

 

Full time hours: 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

 

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

 

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

 

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

 

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-02-09
