We’re the largest financial institution based on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an opportunity for you. We are looking for a Mobile Mortgage Manager to support our residential mortgage growth across Vancouver Island, so if you are a passionate about building relationships and developing business, we'd like to hear from you!
What’s the role?
As the Mobile Mortgage Manager you are responsible for promoting growth of residential mortgage business and relationship product business. You will use your skills to build and maintain a network of realtors, builders, developers, contractors, accountants, financial planners and other centers of influence to develop and maintain productive business relationships. As Mobile Mortgage Manager you provide flexibility in how and when you meet the member/client needs to offer quality service and convenience. A primary component of this position is the generation of mortgage business and uncovering additional member needs to generate referral opportunities back to the branch and all internal business lines.
This opportunity offers the ability to work remotely from anywhere on Vancouver Island
What are we looking for?
- Post-Secondary education preferred.
- CUIC 210 and 240 and working towards CuSource Lending Designation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including branch hours, evenings and weekends to meet the needs of members/clients.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry.
- An understanding and knowledge of all business lines and products of Coastal Community.
Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the financial industry (retail).
- A minimum of 4 years lending experience.
- Knowledge of the real estate market.
- A strong network of centers of influence.
- Experience utilizing all components of Microsoft Office.

The salary range for this role fits within this career band. Individual job salary range will vary within the career band, based on the skills and requirements of the job posting.
Full Time annual salary range based on 37.50 hour work week.
Specialist - Supervisor - $66,227.00 - $95,187.00
