About us

Itosugi Kappo Cuisine is a small Japanese restaurant that dedicated to serve a tasting menu. Our company is looking for workers that shows extreme passion towards washoku (Japanese food). Experienced workers are preferred but not a necessary requirement.

Each seating we serve 11-14 customers and we will have two seating throughout dinner service. Kitchen Workers (including the owner) will have to do everything (dish washing, cooking, cleaning up prep area, collecting & distributing utensils, explaining dishes) to help the process of each service go through smoothly.

Each year we will go for 1 company trip for further staff development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
